Unser Wirkungsverständnis beginnt nicht bei Kennzahlen, sondern bei der gesellschaftlichen Herausforderung und dem Unternehmenszweck. Bei heldin fallen beide zusammen: Die Herausforderung war der Anlass der Gründung, der „Intention-Action-Gap" zwischen guter Absicht und nachweisbarer Wirkung ist bei uns geschlossen, weil Wirkung das Produkt ist. Our understanding of impact starts not with metrics but with the societal challenge and the company's purpose. For heldin, they are one and the same: the challenge was the reason for founding. The "intention-action gap" between good intentions and demonstrable impact is closed for us, because impact is the product.

The impact staircase starts not with technology but with the question: What needs to improve for people and democratic institutions? The answer: information spaces should become harder to manipulate; relevant actors should be able to respond earlier, faster and with better evidence. Wir steuern Wirkung iterativ statt linear: drei Prozessphasen mit der Umsetzung als permanentem Motor.
